Is my booking confirmed when I submit?
No. This form saves a reservation request. Availability, suitability, care arrangements and pricing must be agreed before a booking is confirmed.
How much will the stay cost?
Choose your dates and pet types in the request form to see an itemised estimate. Sharing discounts apply to eligible pets that already live together. Medication, specialist care and unlisted species need an individual quote.
Can I request a stay for more than one pet?
Yes. Add up to six pets to one request and provide a separate care routine for each. If you have different types of pets, describe them in their species fields.
What if my pet needs medication or special care?
Include those needs in the care notes. Sending a request does not guarantee that medication or specialist care can be provided. This must be discussed and agreed before booking.
Can I view or cancel my request?
Keep the private link shown after submitting your request. Use it to check the status or cancel a pending request, without an account. Contact us about changes to a confirmed stay.
Prices and what is included
Choose your dates and pet types in the request form to see an itemised estimate. Eligible pets that already live together can receive a shared enclosure rate. Both arrival and collection days are charged. Daily feeding following your instructions, fresh drinking water, routine cleaning, observation of your pet’s wellbeing and appropriate interaction are included. Owners supply their pet’s suitable cage or enclosure, usual food and bedding. Medication, specialist care and unlisted species require an individual quote. The total price and care arrangements must be agreed before confirmation. Full payment is due at drop off, by cash or bank transfer. If paying by bank transfer, please allow enough time for the funds to reach our account before you drop off your pet. Submitting a request is free. No payment is collected through this website.
Care requirements and what to bring
Please bring your pet’s secure, suitable cage or enclosure, enough of their usual food for the entire stay, bedding or substrate, bowls or water bottles, and familiar toys or comfort items. Include hay and any usual fresh food where applicable. For rabbits, suitable exercise space must also be agreed before booking. Provide written feeding and care instructions, including their daily routine, handling preferences, health conditions and medication. Medication and specialist care are accepted only by prior agreement. We will also need an emergency contact and your usual veterinary practice’s details before arrival. Tell us immediately if your pet becomes unwell before the stay. Acceptance depends on whether we can safely meet their needs.
Booking and cancellation terms
Submitting this form creates a request, not a confirmed booking. The calculator provides an estimate. A booking is confirmed only after we have agreed the dates, suitability, care arrangements, total price and payment terms in writing. Full payment is due at drop off, by cash or bank transfer. If paying by bank transfer, please allow enough time for the funds to reach our account before you drop off your pet. No payment is collected through this website. Arrival and collection times must be arranged in advance. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel a stay. Any cancellation charge or refund conditions will be explained before you agree to the booking. There is no charge for withdrawing an unconfirmed request. You can cancel a pending request using your private request link. Please contact us directly about a confirmed booking.
